It is a beautiful, sunny and hot day in Montego Bay, Jamaica and there are 2797 off the ship and 409 on board. It is interesting to see that more and more in many of our port of call that guests remain on board. That never used to happen, the ports were the reason the cruise was chosen but with our ships offering more facilities like water parks, serenity decks and with multiple food options the ship herself is a destination. So I wondered, taking away the price factor, what comes first when you are looking at choosing your cruise, the ship and the facilities on board or the ports of call? cheers
