It is a petty the actor Hassan Yousif does not have a house in the border strip of Rafah !! He may have been able to sit with the prime minister or in this case with the president to stop or at least postpone the decision of the compulsory displacement of our fellow Egyptians from their houses and destroying them .. due to national security reasons !! Is that the national security of Israel?! Because our national security dictates increasing the number of the inhabitants not displacing those who have been living there for generations !! Can also anybody tell me why the immediate displacement and the need behind such urgency ?! Could not the government at least wait until they build alternative accomodations for those Egyptian citizens, rather than throwing them in the streets with their children and furnature !! And leave them alone to move their belongings and find alternate accomodations .. as if this is an easy task in Egypt today. I want every one of you to think for a minute what would he do if he was in place of those victims ?!! And what kind of government would treat her citizens in this brutal inhumane way ? And for whose favour ? And why the US government and Israel are happy and support such a brutal action, to the limit of rewarding the regime with the long awaited Apachi helicopters ?!! This is what you get with non elected governments. They take their orders and dictates from the man who appointed them (rather than the people who should elect them). They are only answerable to this one man (rather than being answerable to the voters who put them in their posts). In short there is no accountability, because in autocratic regimes the one man decides on every thing on his own and does everything by himself. No one else has any right to contribute in the decision making process.Even the people dont have the right of prior approval of such drastic actions or at least to know why decision were taken, as is the norm in respected democratic countries !!
