It is better for everyone to reapply except you are already a serving OYES cadet or you have served as an OYES cadet before. Please provide truthful information only. All those whose biometric data were done last year WHO QUALIFY to be in OYES have advantage in this recruitment but it is better they also reapply now. You may start submitting your acknowledgement slips at your local governments through your mentors from Friday July 18th 2014. OYES branded Registers will be provided with the Mentors at the Local Governments for those submitting, so please make sure you put your details in the register when you submit. Please note that it was not everyone whose biometric was done last year that was/is qualified to be in OYES but such people may qualify for several other programmes of government including O-REAP, O-BOPS, Agriculture financing Programmes and the Micro credit programme launched last week with N4 billion to give zero interest loans to genuine small and medium enterprises, traders , artisans etc of State of Osun.
