It is early in the morning to be thinking about dinner, but I was never a huge fan of salmon- until I tried this recipe! So simple, but so good. No grill required. Serve with a side of red potatoes and asparagus. Perfect healthy dinner! ***Baked Salmon*** 1 Clove Garlic, chopped 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil 1/4 tsp himalayan salt 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 6 ounce salmon filet, wild caught (never eat farm raised) Note- use fresh herbs. Directions- Combine garlic, oil, basil, salt, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl, mix well. Cover baking dish with foil and place salmon on foil. Pour marinade on salmon and enclose it with foil. Marinate for 20-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
