It is nice to be in upper level classes. I do not have to put up with as many students whole believe they are smarter than the teacher or believe they have nothing more to learn. (There are exceptions.. Just fewer of those people). They believe that because they had one class (a 101 or 201) that they are now fully educated. I once had a professor tell the class that he realized when he was going for his doctorate that he was not as smart as he "thought" he was when he received his bachelor degree. There is always more to learn. Being humble and modest should be a few of those things one should already know.
