It is no coincidence that in the midst of my brokenness, God led - TopicsExpress

It is no coincidence that in the midst of my brokenness, God led me to First Baptist Church of SBB. Jesus said, It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. Luke 5:31. I was sick in my soul. I couldnt breathe. The heaviness on my heart was so intense I couldnt stand up straight. The pain I felt was like nothing Ive ever experienced! There was an echo in my heart that indicated a hollowness (not solid; empty; having a depression; sunken) inside. I had given all I had away! There was none left for me, and none left for God!! I was dying a slow death on the inside. Then one Sunday morning after stomping the pavement for 5 miles and still feeling empty & broken, God said Get dressed, youre going to church. I said Lord, I dont want to drive to Newark today, and I dont want my Piscataway family to see me like this. He said Youre going to First Baptist Church right here in South Bound Brook. That was the day my soul said Yes Lord! Here am I!! Send me, Ill go! I didnt know it then, but I know it in my spirit today. God sent me there for healing & for growth. I have matured so much since that second Sunday in January. God was setting me up for a miracle!! My healing began right away, and in the midst of healing came more pain! But I am still standing, because God enabled me to be comfortable in my discomfort (thank you Minister Peoples!)!!! What the enemy meant for evil, God meant it for good! Hes going to use me and my testimony to bless the lives of others and I am a willing vessel! Here am I Lord! Send me, Ill go!!!
