It is not business as usual here in Juba. Mega roads have been blocked, security forces with mounted machines on pickups deployed at strategic places and all in all the streets are calm but empty presumably most of the people have chosen to remain indoor and see what will happen. Anyway it is a positive move by the president in my opinion but he better speed up the appointment of a new cabinet to avoid speculation and lobbying. How I hate lobbying. We need a lean and clean cabinet.
