It is not essential for anybody to know me, but who am I ? Why am I vegan ? What difference does it make anyway ? Find out by watching and listening to my very good friend Gary Yourofsky interview on National News Network in Israel. Gary has so far managed to covert 13% of the Israeli nation to veganism. But hell, why shouldnt we eat meat or dairy ? Find out why, but be gracious enough to do so by not ignoring facts, thats plain ignorance. Say to yourself, Ok, Ill watch this in the peace of my own space and then Ill see if there are grounds for going vegan, or else Ill remain with my blinkers on, because meat and dairy taste too good to give up. Even that is a lie. Why ? Because the substitutes are now available to purchase all over the world, the recipes are rampant on the net, all that one needs now is to make the connection mindfully and heartfully. Furthermore, when you ingest meat and dairy, you not only ingest a great deal of cholesterol, the hormones they are pumped with, their diseases, their fear, horror and the murder - yes, they are murdered because they want to live - so if they are killed against their will, which I assure you they are, then they are murdered. So when you purchase meat and dairy, in effect you are paying somebody to do this for you, to sanitize it so that you can nonchalantly pick dairy and meat from the supermarket shelf and put it in your trolley. Animals experience horror, that emotion changes their biochemistry, who ingests all of that ? The meat and dairy consumers, YOU consume all of that poison. But you can let go of that and enjoy the benefits of veganism, and enjoy the joy it offers - say goodbye to the bloodshed, and hello to the infinite possibilities that you can implement. Its simple, go vegan if you care for yourself, your loved ones and the planet you inhabit.
