It is not nescessary to kill to make an arrest. All you have to do is say now come along quietly. If the subject refuses, all you have to do is wait him out. Sooner or later, everyone needs to eat, drink, sleep, piss, or shit. Surely its not that hard to time an arrest, for when the subject is distracted? I know Id have a hell of a time resisting arrest with my pants around my ankles. Or, for that matter, with a sandwich in my hand... Oh, I forgot! The sandwich in hand is now considered a deadly weapon, justifying lethal force on the part of the constables. God forbid I smear their uniform with mustard! (I like Montreal smoked meat on rye, with saurcraut and, yes, mustard. The most deadly sandwich - weapon of them all! Shoot me, police! Im armed with my sandwich, and dangerous! My post sandwich farts violate the Geneva convention! )
