It is okay to feel wary of recruiting candidates belonging to communities which for whatever reasons have courted major controversy in our countrys recent history. What I dont understand, however, is why this wariness cant be taken care of by the same exhaustive efforts the intelligence agencies probably undertake to vet candidates in general.
