It is the 7th day of the month yet many Health Workers in Several Counties have not been paid. These are the people that handle the most vulnerable section of the population. Even after failing to manage the very crucial sector of Health, Governors and MCAs want to have more money sent to them. When will sensible Kenyans wake up and see what the poor and vulnerable are being subjected to at the Counties Health Sector?
