It is the Jewish New Year again! We are blessed to have made it:) From this day forward, may we continue to eat what energizes us, stay consistent with the exercise that strengthens us and may good health stay with our families. May I stay focused on my professional & personal goals via my new system of implementing them set by my amazing Coach, Sunny Schlenger. May fewer words exit our mouths of distaste. If we think it, we can write it down and let it go. May we not be affected by others words and deeds that have ill intent. May we assume much less and ask the direct questions. May we find/make a better balance between all parts of life so that we can be better friends by staying in regular touch with the amazing friends we are blessed to have. May what is confusing become clear. May what is clear become even more appreciated. May our purposes for being here be even more illuminated. May we make the promise to volunteer more with time than just with donation. May we not seek perfection on these things, but progress. Wishing everyone who is celebrating a bright new path and the courage to go there. Xo
