It is truly amazing how much your life can change in just 8 short days. When I left for my trip, I knew for sure what I was going to do for the rest of my life. I was going to be a pediatric anesthesiologist. Well, on my trip, I discovered my true passion for global health. I also made the decision to change my major to nonprofit leadership with a premed minor. I still want to go to medical school, but before that, I would like to receive my masters in public and global health. I would really like to work globally promoting worldwide health practices. I hope to one day, start my own global nonprofit organization.
