It is truly heartbreaking to see the state of the Christian family these days. It seems to be all about me...what God will give me, what blessings do I want, supply all my needs. People are so very eager to worship God when it gains them something. As long as they can tout their wealth and social status, they are fine. But what about when we are called to war for the Kingdom? What then? Well, that is when we see these counterfeit Christians scatter in the wind. They want no part of it. It would not fit into their agenda. It might cost them something. These are not truly Gods children. They are children of greed, of arrogance, of selfishness. God is calling those who truly belong to Him to war with evil right now. As He says, many are called but few will enter His gates. This world teaches selfishness and prosperity denying the power and sovereignty of God. Will you answer His call or will you continue to serve the god of this world? Battle is never fun, nor is it easy. It is not to be taken lightly. We must armor up and prepare for this war. It may cost us our lives. How many are willing to do this for our Lord? How many will answer the call to battle? This is NOT a game, my friends. Believing and living by the gospel of this world will gain you nothing but eternal damnation. We must fight the good fight for Jesus...obeying His call, defeating the enemy, giving our all. There is no room for self seeking leeches in the Kingdom of God. It is time. Are you ready? Will you fight for our Lord?
