It is very imperative to note that the situation we find ourselves - TopicsExpress

It is very imperative to note that the situation we find ourselves now in Nigeria is very dicey and to say the least, we are in a state of dilemma. I want to make it abundantly clear to the younger generations that this so-called leaders has nothing whatsoever meaningful for us. It is factual that the percentage of rich people in Nigeria is very few compared to the petit bourgeois. The trend of poverty keep increasing everyday while the so-called minister of finance do come out that we have a robust economy. On what parameter do they place their statistics? Is it on the very few that sat on the dividends of common man to amass wealth or based on the frivolous and huge money being taken from federal account illegally. Everything is fading away daily. The judicial system is total sick, our political system is nothing to talk about; education is almost becoming a form of access to ignorance as her products do not bring out what is expected of it. We take solace in lies and celebrate arm robbers and hoodlums. The parties manifesto has not changed right from the inception of democracy. It is the same set of platitudes; I will build roads, electricity, give free education and lots of bunkum that shouldnt be mentioned in a civilized world. It is high time we reasoned as the true son of the land coming together with concerted efforts, setting aside ethnocentrism and put all hands on deck to fight to finish these mess they called democracy. We want democracy defined by Abraham Lincoln and not the one PDP and other 62parties is giving us. We want a democracy where the interest of the people will be the first priority of the government. We want an atmosphere of equity and impartial justice. We want education that is free from shaft and debris. We want a God fearing leader and not a ragging tyrant dressed in Ijaw attire and the host of fruitless fathers whos consciences and sanity has become obsolete and degenerated because of money and material things. We should think outside of the box because the issue at hand has gone beyond party or my mind just wish to vote for him. We should be more concerned about the sanctity of human lives and its wellbeings. Let us reason alike and put an end to this crocodile pool we call Nigeria else the alligators there may pounce on us if care is not taken. We cant just cant continue like this! What will the hope of the coming generations if ours could be like this?... Rise up Negerians...
