It is very likely that in today’s news you are seeing media coverage of what is one of the world’s most volatile areas right now, Syria. Reports and images of chemical bombings and civilian deaths bring our attention to the fighting, yet what many of us are not seeing is the occurring aftermath of the displaced Syrian people as they are forced to flee to Lebanon. Over 800,000 Syrians are currently trying to find refuge in this little country and the numbers are only growing as we write this.
