It looks like the snow in the WC is over. We are waiting for the clouds to lift before we start reporting on which areas have snow this morning, but we are only expecting to see very light snow on the extreme high peaks. The only confirmed report of snow on the ground that we have so far this morning, is at the SALT Observatory, outside Sutherland in the Northern Cape. We are also keeping a close eye on another weather system approaching, which is due to make landfall in the WC around Thursday next week. The charts are fairly consistent, even so far in advance, so watch this space early next week for the forecast for the week ahead. Have a great weekend, and keep warm!
