It matters not who he is and what qualification does Dennis Cunanan have. What matters most to me firstly, is his exposing to the public the list of the 74 unnamed NGOs involved in the PDAF-scam and secondly, another very important thing for him to divulge is the list of names of those legislators who benefited by siphoning their funds to those institutions.
