It may be hard to believe.. but I dont give up when I set goals for myself . I face a lot of challenges when working out, especially after breaking my right wrist last year and having surgery & then dealing with all my health issues (candida, adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism, hormonal imbalances) but guess what? I never lost hope through any of that. Anything Ive achieved in my life, through my physical transformation and business has taken a lot of hard work, dedication, consistency and lots of sweat and tears. When I set a goal for myself, I make sure others KNOW about that goal and I say it verbally to the , then I put my head down and get to work. I dont focus on what others are doing around me, I focus On what I am doing everyday to get a little better each day. I set a goal for myself a few months back that I would be able to do ATLEAST 1 dead hang pull up by my Wedding. After getting hit with adrenal fatigue the past couple weeks forcing my body to slow down, I still didnt take my body off the prize. At the beginning of September I could only do pull ups with an assured band. Today I was able to do 5(with a break in the middle ) ! 5 whole pull ups!!! To me-- thats a huge accomplishment!! who knows... Maybe in a few weeks Ill be able to do 10 ---------------------------------- Im also doing my drop the water weight guidelines until my wedding on Oct 18!! Lots of you have asked me about that information.. So if you go to tinyurl/kz57xtb you can find those guidelines and try it out yourself!! ---------------------------------- Now remember, these guidelines are a way to drop water weight and will come back on if you jump right back in to eating crap got it?? Respect your body
