It really gets me sick when you throw a restraining order on him when you were more in wrong, my understanding you were hitting on him when he had the baby in his arms. like i said before you are both wrong but again you went too far. didnt need to go this far. you are just as guilty and now you have him sitting in jail for domestic abuse in front of a minor. you should be there too. this poor child doesnt need this. wish people would wake up and realize you are hurting a child with all the nonsense!!! he is the one that has had her most of the time since she has been born and especially since you guys split up. what really doesnt make sense is you say you were afraid to say anything but you werent too afraid to go back and forth to his house to get or pick up the baby the 1 and a half weeks after this happened. oh and you waited that long to put the restraining order or press charges. one more thing the night before you actually took the paper up to do anything about it you and your brother went to his grandmothers house and started a bunch of shit. the neighbor had to come out and check on her to make sure she was ok. that doesnt sound like you were scared. if you were so scared of him you would have done something when this happened, but you didnt cause you did it to each other. you are only hurting that child by taking her daddy away from her. of course he wouldnt have any proof only you cause all that was there was your brother and his girlfriend. you have thrown 3 protective orders on the three people that are the daddys to your children, that sound like a pattern to me. sounds like your doing more than what your saying and maybe they arent doing much at all. I guess since your other 2 were taken from you, you just wanted somebody else to see how it feels, HUH!! thats a really sad excuse!!! like i said you were both in the wrong on alot of stuff you did to each other. and like always only one gets in trouble for it.
