It riles me mad when a Minister acts dump when he says Why do we always have problems with temples? Not with churches, mosques nor Chinese temples... why? Ask yourself, dont ask me, he had questioned. A temple can exist 100 years before any town or building and still no proper land or funding is given , whereas Masjids and suraus are part of the town planning and fully funded by the goverment . Some of the Churchs are funded by charities from out of Malaysia and they can even be on shoplots . Chinese as usual as their financial muscle and can pay off people to get their temples done up,as you can see from the latest slaying of the banker. So where does it leave Hindu temples , landless and fundless .....even though they existed even before the offficial religion of land ..... I am a tax payer too, why shouldnt my tax money be channelled to my religious prayer abodes......why should I be again forking out from my pockets to fund temples.....whereas my tax payer money even used for other religious abodes,religious schools and even paying for the preachers...... Shouldnt all Malaysians speak about this injustice , why should it be salt for one religion and sugar for another religion.....we are all Malaysians ,right to freedom of religion is written into our Constitution by our founding fathers , we all will die for this land and our fore fathers have done that , so why this discrimination and bigotry in all forms from education to economic to religious abodes......we need to change and speak up ....each & every religion preaches Truth & Righteousness ....
