It seems that precious little miracles are coming from this image that was given as a grace to my dear cousin. On Thursday of this week, my cousin took me and a friend to the cathedral in downtown Los Angeles. We had some time to kill before Mass and so we decided to look at a relic of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The relic was a piece of the actual tilma that had the image of Our Lady on it. As we were there looking at the relic and man began to speak with us. My cousin , after a few minutes of talking...showed him the image left on her prayer book. He was amazed and in awe. Just as we were talking...the bells rang that Mass was to begin and we went to our seats. After the Mass, the man walked over and asked if she would come over and show his mother, sister and son the image. So we walked over and sat down and my cousin showed them all the miracle. They were moved so much that they then asked my cousin if perhaps she had the gift of healing and they asked if she prayed over people. My cousin then told them that yes she did pray over people and that she would love to pray with them. During the prayer my cousin asked the Holy Spirit to heal any broken hearts. At that very moment they began to weep. The prayer was not long but VERY powerful. After the prayer we all found out that this family was the family that had offered the very Mass that we were there attending....to their son who had passed away from a heroin overdose in January of this year. Out of all the people....that attended the Mass...God put us in their path. They were so comforted and left the church as if a tremendous burden has lifted and hope was restored. The funny thing too was that the 3 of us...( my cousin, our friend, and myself ) all had been given a few moments to speak words of comfort to them. Our friend who was there with us....ministered to them from her experience with loosing a young child just 3 years ago. I was there to minister to them about Purgatory and the Eucharist being the True Presence and my cousin who ministered with her gift of prayer and laying on of hands. The grace of this most sweet gift that my cousin received is continuing to provide more sweetness to other children of Our Lord. Bringing hope and comfort to those who mourn and strengthening their faith all the more. This family still needs more prayer. So if you would all be so kind....could you please pray for them. Their family name is Finn. PLEASE PLEASE pray for the soul of their dear son LUKE FINN...who died this January. He loved God and believed. He was a soul in pain....but God is so merciful to those who suffer. Please pray for him in Purgatory. Thank you and God Bless!
