It seems to me: A collection of individuals is a movement. The creation of a pyramid of power or hierarchy is an organization. The radical uprising of the sixties, the Occupy Movement and INM has been dismissed as ineffectual and temporary. This could be said of an organization but not of a movement. These individuals numbering in the millions, make choices that have long term and lasting affects. In the case of INM there can be no going back to the way things were before. In politics old organizations and their culture crumble as new organizations arise. The AFN fading as the new Treaty organization arises is one example. These are interesting times and INM and its supporters number in the millions.
