It seems we are destined to be the 5th best team in the world! We have finished our fourth world championships in a row in 5th position overall! A frustrating result, as we really thought this would be our year, but also very proud of our achievement! It is a tough crowd to penetrate, the top spots of world rafting, with teams such as NZ and Japan, Czech and Slovakia in the running. Massive thanks to all of you who have cheered us on, supported us and kept us going - both here in NZ and from afar back home! The competition is now over, and the closing ceremony was incredible. I think we definitely won a gold medal on the dance floor last night!!
