It seems with some lenders that rates are climbing again to around 3.59% - 3.69% on a 5 year fixed and these are discounted broker rates. I still have some lenders at 3.39% for rate holds up to 120 days if you think you may be buying within that time frame. 3.34% on a 5 year fixed for a live offer on a home is lowest at the moment that I can see at the banks.
