It takes 4 for the Fourth Day of Christmas! Today, just to remind us that already, four days of December have gone by, serving a big quad breakfast -- uno: salty-sour hungarian sausage , dos: lightly scrambled egg with minced flat leaf parsley, tres: sweet potato hash over banana jam, soy-sauce, hot chili reduction, quatro: good, old, steamed white rice. The perfect accompaniment is this Coffee for the day: Marios mini cup of cafe macchiato --strong and rich. The sudden panic and anxiety brought about by Christmas being so close and gift shopping not started is my excuse for giving in to some delectable mini treats from Quinos Cakes & Cupcakes...and I must say, these mini monsters are not only pretty, they are so darn delicious,too... really, they are worth every calorie. Thank you...Im Feeling much calmer now! Heres to a goal-directed day ahead of us!
