It takes a reasonably open minded person to distinguish between murder & culpable homicide. People tend to be misled by emotions rather than reason when judging the Pistorius vedict. The same logic applies to the case of Jub Jub. In both cases the state failed to prove there was an intention to kill. Its nothing about the judge being soft or bribed. Monday Pistorius will be a free man with a very light sentence, thats my prediction!
