It takes the same amount of time, energy and resources to mint a 20 dollar bill as it does a 100 dollar bill. They are the same weight, same dimensions and the same colors. The only difference in the value of each is what it says about itself. I can call a 100 dollar bill a 20 all day every day and it does not change what it says on its face, 100 dollars.
