It turns out that there was no 250 Connecticut police officer - TopicsExpress

It turns out that there was no 250 Connecticut police officer signatures on an open letter standing up for our Constitution.: Update from The Examiner -- {Update Notice Three. The Examiner now has enough information to issue corrections and retractions to parts of the story below. First, there is no Tyson Jackson. His name is Jim Vernon of California. Second, there is no Connecticut Peace Officers Association. Vernon made it up. Third, there is therefore no open letter from that association containing signatures of 250 police officers who commit to refusing to enforce the new gun laws in Connecticut. We regret the errors and any inconvenience this may have caused our readers. We reported what we thought were the facts in good faith. Unfortunately, some of those facts were untrue, unbeknown to us until now.}
