It was 2 years ago this week that I went in to start my stem cell transplant. The 30 days as a inpatient that followed were pretty rough, but I got nearly 2 cancer free years. That time allowed me to do things I may have never done again had it not been for the transplant. Well....my cancer is back and Im starting my 3rd round of chemo next week. Its all about buying time. Every day is a blessing. Remember.....we are never promised a day. Im thankful for each day I get, and will continue to do whatever I need to do to hopefully get another one.
