It was 5 days ago july 25,9:40 pm when one of nearest and biggest store in our place burned.David store, Three houses away from ours.I just got home from attending a birthday party when suddenly someone shouting..I thought some melodrama event again of misunderstandings of a family of some of our neighbor,. SUNOG!! SUNOG!! SUNOG!!...I wonder what they mean.I went outside the house and I saw fire growing bigger...People were shocked.they are just standing and watched the fire. tUbig!!! Tubig!! I shouted..I went back to our house and i get water. my brother met me...DEN, kwaa si mama ug c papa kay dako na kaayo ang sunog.padulong na drI sa balay..pagdali!!! I heared shouting, screaming, crying and then explosions. Both my parents are sicked.I ran upstairs to get my mom. I dont know what to get first.is it the tv? Clothes? Medicine? Pillow? Blanket? So many choices and I am already panicking.. Den, pagdali!!my brother shouted.she carried my mother towards the cab.my mind is twisting already because of nervous, I can smell the smoke.fire is growing so fasts.the fire truck is not yet here.I was thinking of my mother, so I just grab the nebulizer, her medicines,the hgt of my father and nothing else.no clothes even 1 shirt.the whole barangay suddenly went black and there was light rain. wala na jud, asa naman mi ani?! Ang mga napundar, ni isa wala man lang mahabilin??ni piso wala mi dri,ni panty o bra wala ko dri.ulan pjud.f mgsakit npud ni sila, unsaon ko na lang ni ug...ug...ug hala ako iro nahabilinthe thought of her burning exhilirate my anxiety on the situation.I jumped out the cab where it parked 10 blocks away from home. i ran towards the home slipping through the mud.my mother keep on shouting my name but I continue running.as I reached our house I asked our boy to untied the dog.maybe, I still have time to get something upstairs.it was so dark, i cant even see anything but i know the details of our room.there was explosion again.the post of electricity nearby the house sparked.I grabbed what I can grab.some clothes of ours, passport, sr.citizen id,I load everything to my packbag.hoi, pagdali na dira kay dako na kaayo ang sunog..our boy shouted. I ran downstairs without even closing the zipper of the packbag,.I cannot see my slipper anymore so I ran back to the cab without wearing any slipper..I can feel the rough stones and the mud sticking to my feet.it hurts a lot and I feel pain in my left foot.I know I am wounded at that time ,still, i ran 10 blocks of houses.It seems like in a movie.you are running for your life!! bystanders keep on coming just to see the happening. Wala na!!apil na jud ning amoa.kaw gud Lord, let your will be done.but please if you can save ours, please save ours and those who will be left with nothing if their houses will be burned.all the saints in heaven intervene in my prayer,.and all I can do is to pray while watching the fire heating up producing dark heavy smoke to the brgy.it is so horrifying to watched it afar. 30 minutes? 1 hour? The fire truck of sulop came..after a while, the padada fire truck then the hagonoy..answered prayer!!how come these municipalities has its own firetruck and ours dont have..when in fact malalag has a big source of income than these 3 municipalities..corruption again??? Probably or I am not sure or I dont know.or they are just waiting to be the victim of the fire so they will provide what should be provided.?!?!idk Den, ok na.! La man naapil atoa.naa man firewall.may gani la jud nadugay ang bombero kay naapil na baya gamay ang pikas balay, kung dugay pa to.nikatay njud ang sunog kay puros kahoy baya ang balay diri.kung wala pay firewall basig hurot jud ning baybay ug kasunog,my brother reported to us after an hour or 2 he left, observing the damage upclose. It was 1:30am when we decided to go home and my mother is already complaining of nausea for half an hour.firemen still continued to put off the fire..vicinity declared safe at 4am. The experience is very traumatic and I hope it will not happen again nor witness another one. THanked GOd for the answered prayers.thank you to the firemen who respond to our calls. A #salute to your bravery.
