It was Monday morning. I had spent Sunday as a perfect example of what NOT to do in regards to food. It involved icecream, chocolate and garlic bread – all choices, rather than cravings that couldn’t be ignored, but nevertheless, these were not good choices. Predictably I woke up the next day with a headache and in a rubbish mood. Not my favourite way to start the week. Emotional eating is a thing, isn’t it? Certainly a thing that I do. Give me tiredness…I eat food. Give me stress…I eat food. Give me sadness…I eat food. It’s very Pavlov’s dogs. What are the best ways to tackle emotionally driven decisions, do you think?
