It was a beautiful morning for a tri!!! My best time in the Steelman Triathlon was a 1:43.. today I posted a strong 1:31!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Any other year posting this time would have won my age group or placed top 3! This year it earned 8th!! But very pleased with my time! I cannot wait to find out my splits bc I owned the bike today!!!:) Love exceeding my goals and I was not the only one!!! Summer Swimmer killed her swim time!!!! Her reaction getting out of the water when she realized it! AND her relay team came in 2nd!! BOOM! Then Matt Graham killed it too! Way to go Matt!!!!!!!! Even though they did not compete a big shout out to Barry Richard Weaver Jr. and Allie G for coming out to volunteer for the event which raised almost $70,000 for make a wish foundation!! So proud of you two!! And last but not least thanks to everyone who came out today to support us.. especially my three boys!!! Bill, Will and Bryce:)
