It was a good full training session at KC Groundworks tonight. Those who know me well are expecting some elaborate post. I dont feel the need to do that because those who were there know what happened, especially Rob Kimmons. I respect Rob as my coach and consider him a dear friend. Its a valuable lesson to all that eventually every fighter meets his match on the mats. The class and dignity that was displayed tonight and going forward should be an example to everyone. Anyone interested in trying MMA should contact Rob or myself about lessons.
