It was a great day out for the PTC Novice Powerlifting Competition today! Three Thrive PT ladies competed. Keren finished the day with a 60kg squat, 37.5kg bench press and a 72.5kg deadlift. Sarah had a great day with a 52.5kg squat, 35kg bench press and a 72.5kg deadlift. It was Keren and Sarahs first competition and they performed great under the pressure :) Helen looked to better her last competition with a 42.5kg bench press, but missed it on a technicality. It was still a great lift though!!! Videos to come next week :)
