It was a long evening for station 11-4 that ended with good news, at around 18:30 South Montgomery County Fire was requested by Pct 3 constables office to assist in the search of 10 year old Luke. Our crews responded with our All-terrain vehicles and soon after their arrival our mobile command post was deployed to the scene. A special thanks to The Woodlands Fire Department for their assistance of their All-terrain vehicle and Needham Fire Department who sent staff to help man the command post. After several hours of searching by Fire and Law Enforcement Personnel and neighborhood volunteers, Luke was located about 10:45 pm and was immediately evaluated by MCHD EMS crews. South Montgomery County Fire Department extends a huge thank you to all the volunteers that assisted in the search. There is no way the Fire and Constables Departments could have covered the amount of ground that was searched by the neighborhood volunteers. Sincerely, South Montgomery County Fire Department
