It was a rough week to say the least. Lupus is such a nasty and unpredictable disease. It sneaks up on you and just slams into you with a vengeance sometimes. I guess thats why it is also called the WOLF. This isnt or hasnt or wont be the worst Flare Ive ever had or will have but it still is debilitating. A cure needs to be found and found soon. More medicines need to become available especially for someone like me who has pretty much exhausted all other options. People should not have to suffer and go through this in todays medical world with all the NEW TECHNOLOGY. In the last 50 years there has been only 1 medication that has been developed just for Lupus. 1⃣ thats nothing and though Ive never had it its just because its just not strong enough for someone like me. I can only imagine how many more people out there are just like me. I dread that thought. I am glad I am home but bittersweet at the same time because I just dont want this to start to be a cycle that just keeps repeating itself over and over again like years ago. Its not fair to me or my family. I dont want to keep missing things because of LUPUS. It just sucks! Thank you all again for the thoughts and prayers. I am feeling better but unfortunately this is gonna take awhile to get back to where I was. Please continue to pray.
