It was a surprisingly good weekend over in Blighty – wel, the bit I was in – and with the sun glinting through the trees and a stiff breeze, it seemed just the weather for a cross-country blast. Sadly my steed wasnt this 1962 Austin-Healey 3000 MkII. This particular car has a mysterious past, but since 2003 has lived in America and Belgium. And in this glinting shade, it would brighten up even the gloomiest day. Given the keys and a full fuel tank, where would you take it? This ones up for sale with Bonhams at its Paris auction in February. Now, where did I put my driving goggles?
