It was an amazing weekend at Reebok CrossFit One in Canton, MA. Two days of intense CrossFit - even though many of the lifts and movements were only with a pvc pipe, we did many, many, many reps to improve performance and learn how to identify and correct faults. Did two actual workouts, one with burpees!!!! - pant, pant, pant. There were about 60 participants and our training staff was exceptional. There were 6 trainers and 3 interns from Canada working with us. Top notch coaches all around. I learned so much, my brain was ready to explode. Dont have a clue if I passed the test and wont have results for more than a week. But pass or fail, I had a very special weekend. Thanks for all the long distance cheers and support from you all
