It was great to see Nesar Ahmad Bahawi step in to our academy today. Nesar is an Olympian from Afghanistan and competed at the London Olympics 2012. He has many international achievements under his belt. some of the major ones are- World Championships(2007) -Beijing- Silver Medal Asian Games(2010) -Guangzhou- Silver Medal Asian Games(2006) -Doha- Bronze Medal Peace Taekwondo Athletes had some great time training today with him on the mats.
