It was my first time to enter a Dubai mosque yesterday. Thanks to the taxi driver who brought me in Al Safa after i told him that I want to photograph anything related to Ramadan. When I was already inside the compound and knowing that I might not be allowed to go inside the mosque, I settled taking photos of the Mosque facade. Another taxi driver who just came out from the mosque noticed me and suggested that I go inside. I told him that I cannot be allowed and need to get permission, he accompanied me to the security guard. The security guard agreed immediately but changed his mind after seeing that I was wearing a short pants, he then suggested if I wanted to wear Kandura - arab local dress for men. He lend me a kandura and then accompanied me inside the mosque. The mosque is just vey amazing. I will post photos later. Thanks to the two taxi drivers.
