It will be the 54th Anniversary of my home, Southern Leyte on July 1. These statistics were sent to me. It makes me sad to see how fast we slid down after 2006. I am afraid to look at the stats of 2012. The criteria for being included in the National Community Driven Development Program is being above the poverty threshold of 26.5%. I saw the list and Southern Leyte municipalities 100%. As of 2009 we were at 43.3%. That is so sad.
