It would be great if as many of you as possible could meet me at the Cantor Building on Thursday to chat through how its all going to work! Ill also pass on a Studio key to a trusted person so that people can get in over the weekend to have a quick run through. Remember the modus operandi for Freshers Week Radio is - fun, helpful, informative, friendly, welcoming, and above all INTERESTING. And of course nothing has to be perfect! But you DO NEED A PLAN! And you will need to invite guests onto your show and INTERVIEW people.. do a few reports (on-location).. these can always be done on the phone. Think about covering Freshers events, talking to club workers, bar staff, lecturers, security men, students union officers, other students, musicians, comedians, society reps, cleaners, student safety officers, you name it.. get em on the show!
