It would seem that the start order for the FINAL STAGE SS 13 is in REVERSE ORDER of the General classification (overall) as at end Stage 12... not the SCRATCH RESULT of SS 12 (as is usual for a normal day re-start). From pos. 58 to pos. 68, there is a one minute start gap between each rider. The riders ahead of them (pos. 1 thru pos. 57) each have 30 second start intervals... not two at a time as on other stages.
