Its 2:30am on a friday night. I am up working on projects. I enjoy the silence and the ability to tackle tasks without interruptions at this hour. In between tasks, I started watching some vimeo staff picks and came across a new FreePeople film (https://vimeo/107815949). I had forgotten how much I enjoyed their fashion films and remember how moved I was when i watched their three part short film series with an actor from the show Girls, it was beautiful. I feel that this brand really understands their message and tone so well and has found a filmmaking partner (all:expanded) that perfectly executes it everytime. This is very rare. On a personal note, this is what i search for in every new potential work relationship these days... someone who loves the craft of storytelling and visual tone and passionate expression and cant wait to create something beautiful... whether light or dark. I know there is a creative director out there who wants to go the distance, lets go. #searchingfortheunicorn
