Its 2600 working hours or 365 days or a year of my journey with Tandemic as a full time virtual employee, and I bet its the most amazing time in my life so far. Started as a learner and am still learning lots of awesome stuffs at Tandemic with getting connected to many awesome people - life has truly got a different taste. I shouldnt be miser about sharing my learnings with friends so that they can do much better than me. Some are: # It doesnt matter what you know or dont if you know how to communicate. # It matters how you communicate if you dont know what positive, learning and can-do attitudes mean. # If your attitudes dont match with your work-pattern, or workplace, please stop working. Unpleasant mind can never produce something great. # Do the works that you get interest in. If you love your work, youll be able to do it better. And better works definitely pay higher. # Ups and downs is a very common part of the life. Never let your confidence balance with it, it should always be upward sloping. # Learning is a continuous process and never think it stops once you close your university chapter. # Follow your heart, never memory # Honesty is not only the best policy but also the smartest one. Md Kamruzzaman does deserve a BIG thanks who inspired me to start freelancing.
