Its 3 am I get a call from SKD, hey we have a trip for you. Im thinking really...so I get up get dressed. No one but me, the ice and the lights. Its on. It was quiet when I first arrived to the A concourse lounge but chaos and pandemonium came soon. I was in the lounge and up at a flight from 6:23 am to 8:04 pm. It was brutal on me. But I have to say I like the way the Atlanta managers Raul, Fred, Eric, Dorene, Robert, Sergij, (and the rest that I do not know their names) handled the operation in the lounge. From 630 am until I left at 8:04 pm last night they were all still in the lounge helping flight attendants giving out information, answering questions, giving up dates, giving out food, water, snacks, towels( to take a shower) air mattresses, etc. They even set up a charter flight to take flight attendants and pilots to SDF so they would have hotel rooms for the night. They were all in the lounge engaged and using all of their resources and some. To all of you all I say Thank YOU for doing a great job and serving the flight attendants. Youre the BEST.
