Its 6am Sunday and I been up since 3am! People think I woke up one day and found success. It doesnt work like that. Not for me not for other people and it definitely wont work like that for you. I still work just as hard as i did 10 years ago. I remember working in a pizza store shredding the cheese putting it in the freezer for a few hours and then taking it out and having to rub it together with my hands till my hands would freeze cuz it was so cold. Its like brain freeze in the hands. I use to tell myself one more delivery and one more tip I could save that money and eventually start a company of my own. I use to work in that pizza store soon as I got off school in grade 7-8 when most kids would play sports and entertain themselves. I would get to pizza store by 4pm by short walk and work till 2 am sometimes 3 am! How many kids you know age 13-14 who worked 10-11 hours a day while in middle school? And I worked 7 days a week no days off, 70-80 hours a week! Which was way more than an average persons full time job. I saved pennies to start my first business which failed miserably. I learned the value of hard work at a young age, and sacrificed much to get where I am today. I didnt let excuses circumstances failures lack of money experience knowledge hold me back from my dream. When I needed money I went out and found a way to make it, when I needed experience I went out and found a way to get it, when I needed knowledge I stayed up all night reading studying learning to acquire it. I didnt cheap out on the work needed to personally and professionally develop myself into someone who could start run and grow a company. Life may throw all kinds of excuses at you dangling them in front of your face like a candy, or carrot stick! Letting you pick the one you think is most valid for you to use. Only donkeys fall for that shit. Excuses got me no where, will get you no where and are only used by people who truly dont want to live out their dreams. If your dream was worth it to you then no excuse would be valid enough for why your not working as your dreams require you too. People truly under estimate what someone with a vision and hard work can accomplish in a decade. One decade ago I was a broke joke struggling to make ends meet and failing half a dozen times back to back as an entrepreneur. But with a clear vision the willingness to die for my vision to become a reality and the time and patience to learn the trials and errors of business and applying my own skills talents and gifts along the way I became in a position to do whatever I want whenever I want for whoever I want. Im far more disciplined than your average entrepreneur so I keep growing the vision and the work never stops growing as well. But all this didnt happen over night, neither did it happen starting one company or after one failure. Dozens and dozens of companies later and dozens and dozens of failures later I found my success. Way beyond my wildest dreams at the time. The universe tested how true i was to my dreams by throwing every obstacle adversity and challenge my way until either I said I give up or I died in the process and was re created as this entirely new person with a hardened mindset towards doing battle in the business world. To say that I succeeded over night is to discredit the process of success itself. Today when I sit with an entrepreneur and help them make a quick million or high six figures it seems like its so simple and easy! But it took me a lifetime to learn the knowledge and wisdom needed to do that. When you see a athlete flawlessly perform a shot it looks easy but we dont realize the hard work that goes into being able to do that half the time. It takes years of blood sweat tears sacrifices and sanity to succeed over night. The process has to unfold in stages naturally until you mature and become the person who is ready to live the dream. My parents my family and those less fortunate than me were always my source of inspiration but without massive action being inspired only goes so far. My advice to you all is you wont find success it will actually find you when your so deep in the work that you dont realize it crept in. Success finds those who believe in the beauty of their dreams and do whatever it takes to learn develop and become who they are destined to be. Success will find you too maybe overnight maybe months later maybe years or decades down the Road so long as you keep climbing the mountain. I forgot all about success on my 10th company and focused on massive action consistently and relentlessly. And succeed found me pretty quickly. Its amazing to think I used to survive off pizza delivery tips, and today people survive off the tips I give them. Anyone can become uber wealthy if they stick to their vision and work their ass off... It doesnt matter where or how you start, what matters is if you keep going when the going gets tough or give excuses as to why you dont deserve a better life. Im just a humble dude living out his dreams, Im down to earth and take the time to respond back to people and contribute to the endless questions I get from all kinds of people around the world. But if I can share some wisdom with you its spend some time on creating that vision. Imagination sometimes help you see things before they appear but visions are the bridges that take you from where you are now to where you were destined to be. A man without a plan and the courage to execute is a boy, not a man!!!! Stop being boys, man up!!!
