Its 7:30 3 years ago on Sunday. Katelyns BF must have left work closer to 7pm than 7:30 because less than 30 minutes from now he will tell the 911 operator that he has been to Katelyns and discovered she is not there, he will have discovered that everything she has is still there except for her phone, he will have looked everywhere for her, he will have called her father and given him the lowdown, he will have left her home to go someplace else to look for her and he will be on his way back to her home. Since it would take a few minutes to get from his job to her house for the initial discovery and he did all of this by 7:58 it seems impossible that he left work later than 7pm. There are a lot of steps to driving to someones home, discovering they are gone, looking for them everywhere, calling everyone, leaving and coming back. He must have worked very quickly and efficiently in spite of the panic he says he was feeling to get all this done in less than one hour. Since its 7:30 and he will be making the call to 911 in less than 30 minutes and he has a lot to do before that, he must have discovered she is gone by now.
