Its Day Two of Award Announcement and todays award update is for the Highgate Customer Satisfaction award. Over the last three years, Highgate has paid close attention to the feedback received from customers during the annual survey. Every form was read and each person who requested feedback was prioritized and someone has been assigned to reach out to you. Each year that weve done this process, weve learned what was important to our customers and where we had opportunity to improve. As a result, weve made several changes. In 2011 we learned that we had an opportunity to enhance our billing product so we made several changes and today find ourselves offering electronic billing and payment options as well as accurate, timely invoices. In 2012 we learned that some communities saw some food or housekeeping issues, so we made that a priority and saw marked improvement in our 2013 results (its never perfect so well continue to focus on these areas). What we have seen is our overall company score improve year after year. We started out with higher than industry average scores and continue to beat them. In 2013 our recommend Highgate to a friend score was very high. That feels great! So who did the best? Well, it was a photo finish between several Highgate communities; however, top honors for 2013 went to Highgate YAKIMA! Congratulations Team Yakima for winning this coveted award and thank you for leading the company in delivering excellent service to our residents and their families!
